KOEI today announced it's official support for Sony's PSP portable entertainment system and the Nintendo DS in North America. KOEI Corporation's parent company, KOEI Co., Ltd. is planning to develop titles based on the company's best-selling Dynasty Warriors series of tactical action games.
The game under development for PSP will utilize the system's technologies, and offer a visual experience close to what is offered on current-generation consoles. The game under development for the Nintendo DS will likewise take advantage of the system's technology and is being billed as being "unlike any other tactical action game previously released." Both titles are still in their planning stages, and additional details will be made available at a later date.
